COVID-19 SUMMER 2020 POLICY, Longplex

  • All summer guidelines for camps/clinics/workouts are found on reopeningri.com.
  • Coaches will wear masks only if they get closer than 6 feet from participants. Participants DO NOT have to wear masks but MUST bring their own water bottles.
  • We will have four groups of 15, that will have use of a full court. 14 participants per court with 1 experienced coach (pods of 15). Dividers will sperate courts to maintain social distancing between pods.
  • Participants will be placed in age/grade appropriate groups. If we are unable to accommodate, parents will be notified prior to the start of camp.
  • Each day participants and coaches will have temperature checks done at Longplex by their staff.
  • Any participant or coach who has a temperature of 100.4 or higher, has a cough, sore throat, and change in taste, or has difficulty breathing CANNOT attend that day of camp.
  • Any participant or coach who tests positive for COVID-19 (during a scheduled session), the entire pod will be shut down for a minimum of 14 days.
  • If the pod is unable to complete a session due a positive COVID-19 test, they will receive a credit towards a future camp/clinic or a pro-rated refund.
  • Any participant or coach who exhibits any signs/symptoms of COVID-19 during camp will be isolated and a parent/caregiver will be required to pick them up.
  • Parent/caregiver should drop off and pick up their child only. If they need to enter the facility they will be required to do a temperature check and wear a mask.
