Competitive Small Group Summer Workouts

Competitive Small Group Summer Workouts are for experienced (typically travel level) players looking to improve their fundamental skills in a structured environment. Players will work on shooting techniques, ball handling concepts, and defense. The court will be split up into small groups at each basket. Boys will be in separate small groups and directed by experienced coaches.



Rising Grades 6&7:
Monday & Wednesday 8:30am-9:45am
Dates: July 6, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, 28. August 2, 4.

*Spots are first come first serve & limited per half court. If sessions fill, players will be put on a waitlist but we will do our best to add sessions (if possible). *Rain dates are on Friday at the same time as a scheduled workout.


$125 – Once a week
$250 – Twice a week


9:00 Warm-up/conditioning
9:10 Ball handling and finishing
9:25 Shooting and moving without the ball
9:40 Individual offense
9:35 Team defense
10:00 Fast break game or 3 on 3 competition
10:15 Wrap up

*We will follow Rhode Island Department of Health Guidelines for COVID.
