Fall Competitive Small Group Workouts
Fall Competitive Small Group Workouts are for experienced (typically travel level) players looking to improve their fundamental skills in a structured environment. Players will work on advanced shooting techniques & ball handling concepts as well as playing in competitive 3 on 3 or 5 on 5 games at the end of each session. The court will be split up into small groups at each basket and are directed by experienced coaches.

FRIDAY’s – September 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th
Boys Grades 5th/6th: 5:30pm-6:45pm
Girls Grades 6th-8th: 7:00pm-8:15pm
Boys Grades 7th/8th: 7:00pm-8:15pm
*Spots are first come first serve & limited to up to 10 kids per half court. If sessions are full, players will be put on a wait list but we will do our best to add sessions (if possible). *For outdoor workouts rain dates will be on Sundays.
Sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes. Curriculum is designed for experienced & competitive players looking to improve their individual skills

Sean started his coaching career as an Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach at Tufts University in 1995. In 1998 at age 27, he was named the Head Men’s Basketball Coach at Curry College, becoming one of the youngest head coaches in the country. In 2003, Sean was named the Athletic Director and Boys’ Basketball Coach at George School, a day and boarding school located in Newtown, PA. He’s been directing camps for over 20 years in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. He also owns Scholar Athlete Consulting, which guides families in the college search process. Additionally, he is the President of Portsmouth Youth Basketball Board and coaches multiple competitive travel teams.
