Overview

Kick off your winter travel basketball season with a two-game jamboree against competitive teams from across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and southeastern Connecticut. All teams will play two games, either back-to-back or with a one-hour break between games. All games will follow RI Metrowest rules, and divisions will be set by A and B levels when possible.

Who Can Register

Teams must be members of RIYBA or have participated in the 2024–25 Metrowest Youth Travel Basketball League.
Advanced 3rd grade teams may request to play in the 4th grade division, pending approval by the league commissioner.
Teams must provide matching jerseys with visible numbers on the back.
Free agents are not accepted unless pre-approved by the league commissioner.

Registration Details

🗓 Player Registration Opens: August 12, 2025
💵 Cost: $35 per player (individual registration required)

*No admission fees

📋 Minimum 8 players per team required (5 players needed to secure team’s spot)
📍 Players register individually and select their town/city team from a dropdown list.
❗ No free agent registrations unless approved by the league commissioner.

Team Placement & Waitlist Policy

A minimum of 4 teams per division is required.
Once a 5th team registers, it will be placed on a waitlist until a 6th joins.
All final decisions on division placement and free agent approvals will be made by the league commissioner.

Event Highlights

2 games per team (with 1-hour break or back-to-back format)
A/B division separation (if applicable)
Games played at Warwick, North Kingstown, and Narragansett facilities
Compete against 70+ travel teams from the region
Great preseason test for your winter season!
