Offensive Development

  • Screening Techniques
Learn how to properly set, read, and use screens against man-to-man defenses to create scoring opportunities for yourself and teammates.

  • Transition Offense
Emphasis on fast breaks and secondary break execution to capitalize on scoring opportunities before the defense is set.

  • Advanced Finishing
Players will develop a variety of finishing moves and shots to score effectively in traffic and against physical defenders.

  • Offensive Rebounding
Techniques to pursue the ball, create second-chance points, and maintain offensive possessions.

Defensive Development

  • Screen Defense
Learn how to defend ball screens, back screens, and down screens to disrupt offensive flow.

  • Help Defense Concepts
Teaching the importance of positioning, communication, and the “help the helper” mentality.

  • Closeouts & Shot Contests
Proper closeout techniques and disciplined shot-contesting to reduce opponents’ shooting efficiency.

  • Defensive Rebounding
Fundamentals of boxing out and securing rebounds to limit second-chance opportunities.

Competition & Skill Application

In addition to advanced individual skill work, including ball handling, passing under pressure, and shooting on the move, players will compete daily in structured games of:

  • 1-on-1

  • 3-on-3

  • 5-on-5

These competitive settings allow players to apply skills in real game situations while building confidence, toughness, and basketball IQ.
