Higher Learning Basketball is now offering small group instruction. This type of teaching allows for maximum improvement, as the coach can enhance the players strengths and correct weaknesses.
Small Group Instruction will consist of a minimum of three players and a maximum of six players to work with Head Coach Eric Simonelli of La Salle Academy and/or his coaching staff.
Every session will be a highly organized basketball workout where foot work, ball handling, shooting, and rebounding will be taught fundamentally. Coach Simonelli and his staff will not only teach players how to play basketball, they will teach them how to practice. These skill development sessions are purposeful, organized, and efficient. Players, will be paired with others of similar ability.
Finally, at the end of the session, each player will walk away with a handout explaining areas of improvement, areas to focus on heading into the basketball season, and Coach Simonelli’s overall thoughts.
