Sean Casey

Sean is the owner and founder of Higher Learning Basketball, HL Sports and S&A College Counseling, which guides student-athletes through the college admissions process. He began his coaching career as an Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach at Tufts University in 1995. In 1998, at the age of 27, he was named the Head Men’s Basketball Coach at Curry College, becoming one of the youngest head coaches in the country. In 2003, Sean was appointed Athletic Director and Boys’ Basketball Coach at George School, a day and boarding school located in Newtown, PA. He has been directing camps for over 25 years in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. Additionally, he served as the President of the Portsmouth Youth Basketball Board and has coached multiple competitive travel teams for over two decades.
