High School Internship Program

Basketball Operations Intern positions require a highly motivated, knowledgeable, and dynamic individual who is responsible to assist in our Higher Learning Basketball programs/camps/clinics/leagues. Available positions include:court manger, assistant for tournament operations, and camp counselor. Basketball playing experience is preferred, not required, except for camp counselor. School aged students can start in their freshman, sophomore, or junior year of high school to gain experience towards their college applications, National Honor Society, or to serve a specific number of hours for their local high school. After successful completion of 20 hours of internship experience, students can join our junior coaching staff on payroll for future programs. The goal of our internship program is to help develop young men and women in a professional setting which includes:

• Time management skills
• Staying on task and organized
• Leadership qualities
• Public speaking
• Holding players accountable while in a structured environment
• Learn how to ask for help/assistance when needed
