The full balance of fees is due at the time of registration. Written cancellations must be received by the Friday before the program begins to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made after this deadline are non-refundable but can be applied as a credit toward a future HL program.

If a program or camp is canceled due to weather, we will make every effort to reschedule. However, if a makeup day is not possible, no refunds will be issued.
