Eric Simonelli and Bay Lambert are teaming up to direct high energy small group basketball workouts for players (recreational, travel, and CAL level) looking for personal attention and extra reps. Each session offers players attention to detail with personalized coaching, individualized skill development, attention and personalized assessments throughout the season. Each session is designed to strengthen fundamental skills, with a focus on ball handling, shooting form and footwork. With a max of six players per session, each player receives targeted coaching, and constructive feedback in a supportive, and high-energy environment.

Why Small-Group Training During The Season?

  • Individual Attention: Fewer players mean more reps focused instruction and customized feedback.
  • Competitive Drills: Engage in drills that simulate real-game scenarios and foster a competitive spirit.
  • Team Play Dynamics: Practice skills and team drills to improve communication, positioning, and court awareness.
  • Coaching Assessment: Coach Simonelli will provide each player with an individual assessment including a player’s strengths (e.g., shooting accuracy, speed) and key skills to focus on improving (e.g., ball-handling under pressure, shot consistency, footwork).
